2V Threshold Supervisor in SOT-23-5
The TPS3840PL20DBVR is a single-channel power supply monitor from Texas Instruments that asserts a reset output when the monitored voltage drops below 2V. The reset output is active-low and push-pull, so it drives the reset line high or low without an external pull-up resistor. A typical reset timeout of 619ms holds the system in reset long enough for the supply to settle after it rises above the threshold. The device monitors one voltage rail and comes in a surface-mount SOT-23-5 package.
