1.6V threshold — which rail it watches
The 1.6V threshold is set for monitoring low-voltage core supplies — think 1.8V or 1.5V rails that power the digital core of an MCU, FPGA, or SoC. If your design runs a 1.2V rail, this part will not detect a brownout on that rail because the threshold sits above it; you would need a different threshold variant in the TPS3840 family. The single-channel monitoring keeps the footprint small, but if you need to watch multiple rails you will need one device per rail or a multi-voltage supervisor.
