Single-channel supervisor with 3V threshold and active-high output
The TPS3840PH30DBVR is a 1-channel power supply monitor from Texas Instruments that asserts a reset output when the monitored voltage drops below a 3V threshold. The reset output is active-high with a push-pull topology, so it drives a logic high during the reset condition and does not require an external pull-up resistor. After the supply rises above the threshold, the reset stays asserted for a typical 619 ms timeout period before releasing. That delay gives downstream ICs time to stabilise before the system starts executing code.
Industrial temperature range and small-footprint package
The push-pull output eliminates the external pull-up resistor needed with open-drain supervisors, saving one component per rail. That matters when board space is tight or the BOM count is under cost pressure.

If your design requires an active-low reset or a shorter timeout, the TLV803 family is a functional alternative.
