1.67V supervisor for a 1.8V rail
This threshold is sized for a nominal 1.8V supply — the most common core voltage for low-power MCUs, FPGAs, and wireless SoCs. The active-low, push-pull output drives the reset input of the downstream processor directly, no external pull-up needed.
120ms reset timeout — what it buys you
For a typical 1.8V rail with a 10 µF decoupling cap and a 1A-rated LDO, the rise time is under 1 ms — the 120ms window gives the oscillator and PLL plenty of margin to lock before the processor starts executing code.
SOT-23-3 footprint and reflow
The SOT-23-3 package (TO-236-3 / SC-59) is a standard three-lead footprint with 0.95 mm pitch. It places cleanly with no tombstoning risk at typical reflow profiles — the package is symmetrical and the pads are large enough for good solder paste wetting. MSL rating is not listed in the spec table, but the SOT-23-3 body is thin enough that moisture sensitivity is rarely an issue at standard reflow peaks (260°C).
Industrial temperature grade
No derating needed for enclosures that see direct sun or unheated storage.
