2.64V threshold supervisor for 3.0V/3.3V rails
The TPS3836L30MDBVREP is a single-channel voltage supervisor from TI's TPS3836 family, designed to monitor a 3.0V or 3.3V supply rail with a 2.64V threshold. When the monitored voltage drops below that threshold, the output asserts a reset signal — active-low, push-pull, no external pull-up needed. Reset timeout is a minimum of 5ms, giving the supply rail time to stabilize before the processor is released from reset — a standard requirement for power-up sequencing in MCU and DSP systems.
