2.93V threshold — the rail trip point
The TPS3831K33DQNR: When the supply drops below that level, the active-low push-pull output asserts reset and holds it for a minimum of 120ms after the rail recovers — enough time for most MCUs and DSPs to complete a clean power-on reset sequence.
The 2.93V threshold is a good fit for 3.3V rails that need a brown-out detector set around 2.9V to catch supply droop before the downstream logic enters an undefined state.
