When the supply drops below that level, the active-low, push-pull output asserts and holds reset for a minimum of 120 ms after the rail recovers. This is a supervisor for low-voltage cores — think 1.0 V or 0.9 V logic rails on an FPGA or MCU where a 100 mV droop can corrupt state.
The 4-X2SON package measures 1x1 mm, which is about the size of a grain of sand.
