4.55 V threshold supervisor for 5 V rails
The TPS3828-50DBVR is a single-channel voltage supervisor from Texas Instruments, monitoring a 5 V supply and asserting a reset when the rail drops to 4.55 V. The active-low, open-drain output lets you wire-OR multiple supervisors or pull up to a different voltage rail — common in multi-voltage systems where the reset signal must be shared across domains.
