The TPS3824-50DBVR is a Texas Instruments Simple Reset/Power-On Reset IC that monitors a single voltage rail and asserts a reset when the supply drops below 4.55V. That threshold is a standard fit for a 5.0V nominal rail, giving about 450 mV of margin before the reset trips — enough to catch a brownout without false triggering on ripple.
