The TPS3808G30DBVR is a single-channel voltage supervisor that asserts a reset signal when the monitored supply drops below 2.79V. The open-drain output stays low until the supply recovers and the adjustable/selectable reset timeout expires. For a nominal 3.3V rail, the 2.79V threshold provides a brown-out window of roughly 0.5V below regulation — enough to catch a sag before logic glitches, without nuisance trips on normal ripple.
