2.33V threshold supervisor for 3.3V rails
The TPS3808G25DBVT is a single-channel voltage supervisor from TI's TPS3808 family, monitoring one supply rail with a factory-trimmed threshold of 2.33V. That threshold sits at roughly 70% of a 3.3V rail — it trips before the downstream logic loses state, but stays above the brownout floor of most 3.3V-powered MCUs and FPGAs.
Active-low open-drain output with adjustable timeout
Reset output is active-low, open-drain — it pulls low when VDD drops below 2.33V and releases after the reset timeout expires once the rail recovers. The timeout is adjustable via an external capacitor on the CT pin, which lets you tune the delay to match the power-up settling time of the downstream device.
125°C junction rating — hot environments covered
The SOT-23-6 package keeps the footprint small, but the junction-to-ambient thermal path relies on PCB copper area — a solid ground pour under the package helps keep die temperature within the rated envelope.
Active lifecycle — no last-time-buy watch needed
That means it is a current-production part eligible for new-design qualification and standard-channel replenishment — no LTB math, no broker scramble for date codes.
