2.33 V threshold — what it monitors
That threshold is fixed internally, so the part is a direct drop-in for a 2.5 V rail needing a supervisor — no external resistor divider needed.
Active-low open-drain output — pull-up required
The reset output is active low and open-drain, meaning it pulls low when the monitored voltage falls below threshold and floats high when the rail is good. The open-drain topology also lets you wire-OR multiple reset outputs to a shared line.
125°C junction — hot environments welcome
The SOT-23-6 package keeps the thermal mass low, so the junction tracks the ambient quickly.
Adjustable reset timeout — one capacitor sets the delay
The reset timeout period is adjustable via an external capacitor on the CT pin, giving you control over how long the reset stays asserted after the supply recovers. This is useful for sequencing multiple rails or waiting for a power-good signal from a regulator before releasing the microcontroller reset.
