Automotive-grade voltage supervisor in SOT-23-6
It monitors a single 1.4V threshold rail and asserts an active-low, open-drain reset output for a minimum of 180ms when the supply drops below that threshold.
Reset timing and output drive
The 180ms minimum reset timeout holds the downstream processor or ASIC in reset long enough for the supply to stabilise after power-up or a brown-out event. The open-drain output lets the reset signal be wire-ORed with other supervisors or pulled up to a different voltage rail than the monitored supply.
