What the adjustable threshold means for your rail
The TPS3808G01DBVR is a 1-channel voltage supervisor with an adjustable/selectable threshold and reset timeout — meaning you set the trip point and the delay to match your processor's power-up sequence, not the other way around. The open-drain output stays low until the monitored rail is stable and the timeout expires, which eliminates the race condition between a fast-rising supply and a slow-initializing MCU.
The SOT-23-6 package keeps the footprint small — three pins for the supervisor function, two for the adjustable resistor divider, one for the capacitor that sets the timeout. No external charge pump or level shifter needed.
The ROHS3 compliance covers current assembly lines; no lead-free transition risk. Available on tape and reel or cut tape for prototype runs.
