Two-rail watchdog in a SOT-23-6 package
Thresholds and timing for the BOM
The 1.8V fixed threshold covers the core rail of many low-voltage MCUs and FPGAs, while the adjustable channel lets you monitor a second supply — say 3.3V or 5V I/O — without adding a second supervisor IC. The 5µs propagation delay means the reset pin pulls low fast enough to hold the processor in reset before a brownout corrupts the program counter. Housed in a SOT-23-6 package with 0.95 mm pitch, the part reflows cleanly on a standard FR-4 board.
Industrial temperature grade for the shop floor
The SOT-23-6 package's low thermal mass means it tracks the ambient quickly — no warm-up delay before the reset thresholds are valid.
