It monitors two supply voltages — one with a fixed 3.05V threshold, the second adjustable via an external resistor divider — and asserts a reset output when either rail drops below its threshold.
The typical propagation delay of 5µs — from a voltage fault to the reset output going active low — gives the system microcontroller a fast, deterministic shutdown signal before the rail collapses further.
