Two-rail supervisor in a SOT-23-6 — what the adjustable threshold buys you
The voltage threshold is adjustable or selectable, so you set the trip point with an external resistor divider rather than being locked into a fixed factory trim — useful when the target rail voltage isn't one of the standard supervisor values. The open-drain output lets you wire-OR the reset signal with other supervisors or pull it up to a different voltage rail than the one being monitored.
Temperature range and package — where this supervisor survives
The SOT-23-6 package is a compact 6-pin surface-mount footprint — common enough that the PCB land pattern is a standard library entry in most layout tools.
