2-Channel adjustable-threshold supervisor
The TPS3780CDBVT monitors two independent voltage rails with user-adjustable thresholds — no fixed trip, so you set the undervoltage point per rail via external resistor dividers. Active-low open-drain output means the reset line pulls low when either monitored rail drops below its threshold; multiple supervisors can wire-OR to a single reset input.
SOT-23-6 package — six leads, 0.95 mm pitch typical for this body size. The small footprint saves board space but demands a clean layout: keep the sense resistor divider close to the device and route the open-drain output away from noisy switching nodes. CT works for prototypes and low-volume builds.
ROHS3 compliant — no exemption restrictions for EU or RoHS-regulated markets.
