Two-rail supervisor in a 6-pin SOT-23
It asserts an active-low, open-drain reset output when either monitored voltage falls below its threshold.
Adjustable thresholds and 125°C junction rating
Both monitored channels use adjustable/selectable thresholds, so the same base part number covers different supply combinations by changing the external resistor divider. The operating temperature range extends to 125°C junction — this is an industrial-grade part that can sit on a hot PCB near a regulator or in an outdoor enclosure without derating concerns. The open-drain output is active-low, which means it pulls to ground on a fault and requires a pull-up resistor to the monitored rail or the reset input of the downstream processor. This output topology allows wired-OR connections with other fault signals.
