0.8V threshold supervisor for low-voltage rails
The TPS3760E012DYYR: Its 0.8V threshold makes it a fit for tracking sub-1V core supplies in modern processors, FPGAs, or ASICs where the margin between nominal and brownout is tight. The active-low, open-drain output asserts when the monitored voltage drops below 0.8V and holds the reset state for a maximum of 100µs after the rail returns above the threshold, providing a clean power-on reset signal.
SOT-23-14 Thin — layout and thermal note
Housed in the 14-SOT-23-THIN package, a surface-mount device with a small footprint. No external heatsinking is needed for this low-power supervisor; standard PCB copper is sufficient.
