Single-rail supervisor with active-high and active-low assertion
The TPS3707-33DGN is a simple reset/power-on reset supervisor from Texas Instruments that monitors a single voltage rail and asserts both active-high and active-low reset signals when the supply drops below the 2.93V threshold.
Threshold and timeout for 3.3V rail monitoring
The 2.93V threshold is set for a typical 3.3V supply undervoltage detection — when the monitored rail falls below this level, the reset outputs assert after a 140ms minimum timeout. The 140ms reset timeout gives the main supply time to stabilize after a brownout or power-up event before releasing the reset, matching the power-on reset requirements of most MCUs and SoCs.
ROHS3 compliant, suitable for lead-free assembly processes.
