3.3V rail supervisor with 140ms reset timeout
The TPS3703A7330DSER is a Simple Reset/Power-On Reset IC from Texas Instruments that monitors a single 3.3V supply rail. When the voltage drops below the 3.3V threshold, the active-low open-drain output asserts reset and holds it for a minimum of 140ms after the rail recovers. This 140ms timeout is long enough to let downstream regulators and oscillators settle before the processor starts code execution.
