Active production, AEC-Q100 qualified voltage monitor
The TPS3703A4120DSERQ1: It monitors a single 1.2V rail and asserts an active-low, open-drain reset output when the supply drops below threshold. The reset timeout is 140 ms minimum, long enough to sequence downstream loads after the rail stabilises.
Housed in a 6-WSON (1.5x1.5 mm) with an exposed thermal pad. The small footprint and low pin count make it straightforward to rework with hot air — the pad is small enough that a 300°C nozzle at low flow lifts the part cleanly without cooking adjacent passives.
Supplied in tape-and-reel or cut-tape options.
