1.2V threshold voltage detector — single-rail monitor for low-voltage cores
The output is active-low, open-drain or open-collector, which lets it pull down a supervisor input on the monitored IC or be wire-ORed with other reset sources on the same bus. Housed in a SOT-23-6 Thin (TSOT-23-6) package, it suits space-constrained boards where a supervisor IC in a larger SOIC or MSOP would not fit the component height budget.
