Two-channel supervisor with 320ms reset timeout
The TPS3422EGDRYT is a Reset Timer supervisor IC from Texas Instruments, designed to monitor two voltage rails with a single active-low, open-drain output. The threshold voltage is adjustable or selectable, giving the designer flexibility to set the trip point for each application without changing the IC. The open-drain output allows wired-OR connection with other reset sources.
The 6-SON package (1.45x1 mm, supplier device package 6-SON) is a compact footprint for space-constrained boards. The 6-UFDFN case code matches the 6-SON supplier package.
