Three-rail supervisor in a rework-friendly SOIC
It asserts both active-high and active-low reset outputs, push-pull, so it can drive the reset line of most microcontrollers or DSPs directly without an external pull-up. That is long enough to cover most bulk-capacitor ramp-up delays on a three-rail board.
Threshold voltages and reset timing
The fixed thresholds are 2.93V (for a 3.3V rail) and 4.55V (for a 5V rail), plus the adjustable input that can be set with a resistor divider to monitor a third rail anywhere in the supervisor's range. The reset timeout is specified as 140ms minimum, which means the reset outputs stay asserted for at least that long after all monitored voltages rise above their thresholds.
Active production, standard SOIC package
It comes in an 8-SOIC package (0.154", 3.90mm width), a common footprint that is straightforward to hand-solder or rework with a hot-air station.
