Three-rail supervision in one 8-pin package
The TPS3307-25DGNR is a three-channel voltage supervisor from Texas Instruments that monitors up to three supply rails with fixed thresholds of 2.25 V and 2.93 V, plus a third adjustable input. It drives both active-high and active-low reset outputs through a push-pull totem-pole stage, so it can directly reset DSPs, FPGAs, or MCUs without an external pull-up resistor. The 8-MSOP package with an exposed pad keeps the footprint small while drawing heat into the PCB ground plane — useful when the supervisor sits near a hot regulator.
Thresholds, timeout, and temperature range
The 2.25 V threshold suits a 2.5 V rail, the 2.93 V threshold suits a 3.3 V rail, and the adjustable input lets you set a custom threshold with a resistor divider for a third rail like 1.8 V or 5.0 V.
It is ROHS3 compliant and available in tape-and-reel or cut-tape options.
