What the dual thresholds mean for your power rails
The TPS3305-33D monitors two supply voltages with thresholds at 2.93V and 4.55V — a natural fit for 3.3V and 5V rails in mixed-voltage systems. If either rail drops below its threshold, the reset outputs assert and hold for a minimum of 140 ms after all rails recover, giving the downstream logic time to stabilize before the system starts again.
Active production with standard SOIC footprint
It is supplied in an 8-SOIC package (0.154-inch body width, 3.90 mm), a common footprint that fits on a two-layer board without fan-out issues.
