1.142V threshold supervisor in SOT-23-6
When the monitored voltage drops below that threshold, the active-low reset output (push-pull, totem pole) asserts and holds the system in reset for a minimum of 65ms after the rail recovers.
The 1.142V threshold is set to monitor a 1.2V or 1.25V rail — common core supplies for low-voltage DSPs, FPGAs, or MCU domains. If that rail sags during a brown-out or power-up sequence, the part holds the system in reset until the supply is stable and the 65ms timeout expires.
