2.941 V threshold — what it buys your design
The TPS3106K33MDBVREP monitors a single supply rail and asserts a reset when the voltage drops below 2.941 V. That threshold catches brownouts before the logic glitches, but doesn't trip on normal ripple.
Reset timing and output type
Reset is active low with an open-drain output, so you can wire-OR it with other reset sources. The reset timeout is 65 ms minimum, long enough for most regulators to settle after power-up.
