2.941 V threshold — the undervoltage trip point that decides the reset
That threshold is set for a nominal 3.3 V rail — it trips before the downstream processor enters an undefined state, then holds the reset for a minimum of 65 ms after the rail recovers to give the oscillator and PLL time to stabilise.
Open-drain output — pulling the reset line low without fighting the pull-up
SOT-23-6 footprint — fits tight layouts but watch the pull-up routing
Housed in a SOT-23-6 package, the part occupies roughly 3 mm × 3 mm of board area. The 0.95 mm pin pitch is fine enough for two-layer boards, but the open-drain output trace should be kept short and away from switching nodes to avoid coupling noise onto the reset line.
The threshold accuracy holds across the full range, so a 2.941 V trip at 25°C stays within a few percent at -40°C or 85°C.
