What the 2A peak output and 10ns edges mean for your power stage
The 2A peak current rating determines how fast the gate capacitance of the external MOSFETs charges. The datasheet's 10ns rise/fall includes package and PCB parasitics. The bootstrap high-side supply is rated to 33 V.
No LTB risk today, but automotive-grade parts can tighten during allocation cycles — if your program runs for several years, it's worth qualifying a second-source footprint.
