2-channel high-side switch with 45 mOhm Rds(on)
The TPS272C45DRHFR is a 2-channel high-side switch from Texas Instruments, delivering up to 5.8 A per channel with a typical on-resistance of 45 mOhm. The output configuration is high-side with N-channel FETs, controlled by a simple On/Off interface with non-inverting input.
Fault protection and thermal range
