15A eFuse with integrated current monitor
The Texas Instruments TPS259823LNRGET is an integrated eFuse in a 24-VFQFN exposed-pad package (4x4 mm body), rated for 15 A continuous output across a 2.7 V to 24 V input range. The device combines a power-distribution switch with a ±5 % accuracy current monitor — the monitor output feeds an ADC or comparator for real-time load current telemetry or overcurrent flagging, without an external sense resistor.
Input voltage and temperature envelope
The 2.7 V minimum allows start-up from a sagging 3.3 V rail during hot-plug inrush.
Package and PCB layout note
24-VFQFN (4x4 mm) with an exposed thermal pad. The 0.5 mm pitch perimeter pads fan out on a 4-layer board without micro-vias; a 2-layer board may need neck-down traces on the outer rows.
