The TPS2557DRBR: Fault protection includes an adjustable current limit (set via an external resistor), over-temperature shutdown, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). The slew-rate controlled turn-on and a status flag output give the system controller visibility into the switch state and fault conditions.
Housed in an 8-VDFN exposed pad package (8-SON, 3x3 mm), the TPS2557DRBR dissipates heat through the PCB copper pour under the pad.
