Supply current and temperature — the quiet details
Quiescent supply current is 4.25 mA, which is low enough that it does not eat into the efficiency gain from replacing a Schottky diode with a MOSFET. The controller has no internal switch; it drives an external N-channel FET, so the actual current rating depends on the FET you pair it with. The N:1 input-to-output ratio means it handles any number of input supplies, one per FET, feeding a single output rail.
