Four-channel I²C load switch for sequenced power gating
Each output delivers up to 1 A from a load supply between 1 V and 3.6 V, making it a fit for gating individual peripheral rails in multi-voltage systems like SSDs, routers, or camera modules.
I²C bus and slew-rate control
The I²C interface lets a host controller turn each channel on or off independently, read back fault status, and set the slew rate per channel. The integrated slew-rate control limits inrush current during turn-on, reducing supply droop on the upstream rail.
