3.9 mOhm load switch for point-of-load distribution
Its headline spec is a 3.9 mOhm typical on-resistance, which keeps conduction losses under 0.4 W at 10 A continuous output — the thermal budget fits a 10-WSON package with exposed pad if the board copper is adequate.
Power Good and slew rate — sequencing without a supervisor
The integrated Power Good output asserts when the output voltage rises above a threshold, letting downstream loads be enabled in sequence without a separate voltage supervisor. The slew rate is controlled by an external capacitor on the CT pin, which sets the turn-on ramp and limits inrush current into bulk capacitance on the output.
The On/Off interface is non-inverting and does not require a separate Vcc supply.
10-WSON package — footprint and thermal path
The 10-WFDFN with exposed pad (3 mm x 2 mm body) is a low-profile surface-mount package suited for dense boards.
