It handles up to 6 A continuous output with a typical on-resistance of 16 mOhm, keeping conduction losses low on 2.5 V to 5.7 V rails. The slew-rate controlled turn-on limits inrush current, and the integrated load-discharge feature pulls the output down when the switch is off — no external pulldown needed.
