The TPS22965NDSGR is a single-channel high-side N-channel load switch from Texas Instruments, rated for 6 A continuous output with a typical Rds(on) of 16 mOhm.
Supply rails and bias flexibility
The load voltage range spans 2.5 V to 5.7 V, while the bias supply (Vcc/Vdd) accepts 0.8 V to 5.7 V.
Slew-rate controlled switching
The part integrates slew-rate control, which limits inrush current during turn-on. That matters when the load includes bulk capacitance — a hard switch would pull the supply rail down and reset the system. The On/Off interface is non-inverting, so a logic high on the enable pin turns the switch on.
