Two integrated features simplify the power sequencing design. Slew-rate controlled turn-on limits inrush current into capacitive loads, reducing upstream voltage droop. When the switch is disabled, an internal load-discharge path pulls the output to ground, preventing a floating rail that could hold downstream logic in an undefined state.
