Load-switch parametrics that decide the fit
The TPS22946YZPR: This is a single-channel, high-side P-Channel load switch with a 1:1 input-to-output ratio. Built-in fault protection includes fixed current limiting and over-temperature shutdown. The Auto Restart feature means the switch retries after a thermal fault once the die cools, which is useful for intermittent overloads but requires the downstream load to tolerate the restart cycle.
