Parametric fit for low-voltage power gating
The 18.3 mOhm typical Rds(on) at 2 A translates to roughly 73 mW conduction loss at full load — low enough that the 6-DSBGA package can dissipate it without a thermal pad on a standard PCB, provided the copper pour under the package is adequate. The 0.75 V to 3.6 V load voltage range covers common low-voltage rails: 1.2 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V. The switch does not require a separate Vcc supply — the gate drive is derived from the load voltage itself, which simplifies the BOM but means the switch cannot be used below 0.75 V. Slew rate control limits the output rise time, reducing inrush current into capacitive loads. Load discharge pulls the output to ground through an internal resistor when the switch is off, preventing floating rails that could cause logic glitches.

Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) or Cut Tape (CT) — the 6-DSBGA package is 1.39 x 0.89 mm, 0.5 mm pitch, which requires a solder-paste stencil with small apertures and a reflow profile suited to lead-free assembly.
