High-side load switch for 2 A rails
The Texas Instruments TPS22910AYZVT is a single-channel, high-side P-channel load switch in a 4-bump DSBGA package. It switches a 1.4 V to 5.5 V supply rail at up to 2 A continuous, with a typical on-resistance of 60 mOhm.
What the ratings mean for the BOM
Because the part does not require a separate VCC supply (the load voltage powers the internal charge pump), it simplifies PCB layout — just the input, output, and enable pin.
