Rail-clamp ESD protector for high-speed interfaces
It shunts ESD strikes to the supply rails, keeping the protected IC's I/O pins within a safe voltage window. Rated for a peak pulse power of 25 W and a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5 V (max), it provides robust clamping for system-level ESD events up to the IEC 61000-4-2 level. The 9 V minimum breakdown voltage ensures the clamp triggers before the downstream silicon sees damaging overvoltage.
Four channels, one tiny footprint
Four unidirectional channels protect four signal lines — exactly the count needed for the four differential pairs in an HDMI port or two Ethernet channels. The SC-70-6 (SOT-363) package occupies just 2.0 mm × 2.1 mm on the board, suiting dense interface cards and portable designs.
