The Texas Instruments TPD4E004DRYRG4 is a steering-type ESD protection diode array that shunts transients to the supply rails. Four unidirectional channels pack into a 6-UFDFN package (1.45x1 mm footprint).
Reverse standoff voltage is 5.5 V max, breakdown minimum is 6 V. Above 6 V it starts conducting, clamping the transient.
Package and temperature — field-fit reality
The 6-UFDFN package is a tiny, leadless SON (1.45x1 mm body). Surface-mount only — no leads to hand-solder with a standard iron.
