The Texas Instruments TPD3E001DRSR is a three-channel steering (rail-to-rail) ESD protection diode array in a 6-SON (3x3) package. It clamps fast transients on up to three signal lines, steering the surge current to the supply rails. The 90W peak pulse power rating handles IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 ESD strikes without latching up the protected IC. With a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V (max) and a breakdown minimum of 11V, it sits comfortably on 3.3V and 5V data lines — USB 2.0, audio jacks, HDMI, or general-purpose I/O — without clipping the signal during normal operation.
