13-line ESD protection in a 2.6x1.8 mm footprint
The Texas Instruments TPD13S523RSVR is a 13-circuit diode array designed for general-purpose ESD protection, clamping at 15V. Packaged in a 16-UQFN measuring 2.6x1.8 mm, it protects up to 13 signal or data lines in a single surface-mount device — a space-saving choice for dense PCBs where discrete TVS diodes would consume too much board area.
The 15V clamping voltage sets the maximum voltage seen by the protected IC during an ESD event. The 13 circuits let you protect a full parallel bus — think a 13-bit ADC, a camera sensor interface, or a bank of GPIO lines — with one component instead of thirteen.
