Quad SPST-NC switch with 550 MHz analog bandwidth
The Texas Instruments TMUX7462FRRPR is a quad SPST-NC analog switch in a 16-WQFN Exposed Pad package. It routes four independent signals with a maximum on-resistance of 10.5 ohms and channel-to-channel matching within 500 milliohms. Single-supply operation from 8 V to 44 V, or dual supplies from ±5 V to ±22 V. Operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
Active production — no LTB watch needed
The TMUX7462FRRPR carries an Active lifecycle status from Texas Instruments. Sourced through independent distribution and quoted to order against an RFQ; availability and current pricing confirmed at quote time.
Package and footprint — 16-WQFN with exposed pad
The 16-WQFN Exposed Pad package measures 4 mm x 4 mm (supplier device package 16-WQFN). The exposed pad underneath must be soldered to a ground-plane thermal land on the PCB — it is the primary heat path and also provides a low-inductance ground return for the switch. Surface-mount only; no through-hole variant exists. Tape & Reel and Cut Tape options are available for prototyping or production volume.
