Analog and connectivity — sensor-to-actuator path
Data-converter bank: 14 channels of 12-bit ADC and 14 channels of 16-bit ADC, plus 3 channels of 12-bit DAC. That mix lets you assign high-speed 12-bit to current sensing and high-accuracy 16-bit to voltage or temperature monitoring on the same die. Connectivity covers CAN, I²C, SPI, SCI, McBSP, uPP, UART/USART, and USB — enough for a multi-axis servo drive talking to a fieldbus gateway and a local HMI.
